From Disentis Sedrun you can take the famous Glacier Express which stops in Disentis. You can also travel to nearby Chur (by rail of course) to take the stunning Bernina Express, which rises to 2252m passing the glaciers of Piz Bernina on route.

For history lovers, the Furka Dampfbahn in nearby Realp will take you back to the turn of the last century with authentic steam trains.
